OUR GREATEST PRIORITY IS THAT OUR GUESTS AND TEAM MEMBERS FEEL SAFE AND SECURE AT OUR APARTMENTS. TO ENSURE THIS, OUR TRUSTED INDUSTRY EXPERTS HAVE ADVISED THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO OUR ALREADY RIGOROUS CLEANING REGIMENS.

  • Everyone, including guests and team members, has easy access to hygiene gel, masks and gloves.
  • All our team members undergo daily temperature screening each day to ensure a healthy work environment.
  • All our apartments, as well as the back-of-house, are regularly and thoroughly cleaned to the highest standards, paying special attention to high- touch areas such as door handles, light switches etc.
  • Ongoing training has been put in place to ensure our team members are fully prepared to provide information and updates to our guests.
  • In order to continue the downward trend of contagion of the Covid 19 virus, we kindly request you the following:
    • To wear gloves and masks, visibly, in the communal areas
    • To respect the social distancing measures of 1.5m
    • To follow instructions regarding Covid-19 as implemented by the Spanish
      government
    • To follow instructions of the community, as stated in all elevators
    • To contact us when more gloves, masks or hand-sanitizers needed
    • In case you suspect having any symptoms of Covid 19 please call us so we can organize proper treatment by local medics or hospitals.
    • It is forbidden to use the swimming pools and the footpaths around the swimming pool area.
    • As soon as community and/or government restrictions have been relaxed we will let you know.

Please make sure you follow all instructions as all fellow residents will be complying also.
